Appointments (Top)
Is there a waiting list to get in for an appointment? (How long does it take to get in?)
We can generally get a patient in for a toothache the same day, provided they call in the morning. However, for a toothache we will always get you in within 24 hours. For any other treatment we should be able to get you in within a week, provided you are not too particular about times. To make an appointment call one of our offices.

Billing (Top)
Do you have payment plans?
Yes, we offer many types of payment options, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover). We do offer financing available through Wells Fargo Bank and Care Credit for up to 48 months on approved credit.

Do you bill our insurance?
Yes, we will happily bill any insurance companies. All we ask is that you provide us with all the insurance information.

Children (Top)
At what age do you start seeing patients?
Generally, the earliest we start seeing patients is at the age of 3. Usually, at the age of 3, children are not mature enough to handle the atmosphere of a general dentist. If you feel your child is mature enough and about 3 years of age, then you can call one of our offices to make an appointment. If you feel that your child has problems with his or her teeth, and is younger than 3, please call one of our offices and we can recommend you to a pedodontist.

What do I do if I have a problem with my teeth after hours?
We always have a doctor on call whose phone number is available when you call the office phone number. To get a list of offices and phone numbers click here.

Do you have any women dentists, as I'm more comfortable with a female?
Yes, we have both male and female dentists on the staff, and they are available in all 3 of our offices. Just ask us to schedule you with a female dentist when calling to schedule your appointment. You can find out more about our dentists by clicking here.

Do you whiten teeth?
